The sweet fruit mid-palate, while still exuberant and boldly flavoured, is a little toned down. The wine finishes with crisp intensity and some tannic structure, and then lingers nicely.

Complex heady mix of dark berry and plum fruits, some tarry, earthy, gamey notes.
