  • Destemmed, gentle crushing, 20% whole berries. Small 12 ton stainless steel fermenters with regular pumpovers and delastage. Temp: 24 – 27ºC
    No fining or cold stabilisation
    Blended and bottled in June 2013


  • Aged in new and used French and American oak barrels

  • ABV: 14.5% TA: 6.6g/l pH: 3.56 VA: 0.60g/l

Tasting Notes:

  • Dense deep dark red, opaque centre Complex aromas of dark berry fruits with spicy oak and pepper notes. Intense, rich and well balanced palate, long and persistent finish
