Produced in Portalegre to the north-east of the Alentejo on the granite foothills of the São Mamede mountains, where cooler temperatures, along with many old vines, gives complexity and freshness.

Flavour

Ripe strawberries, vanilla and earth on the palate. Wonderful precision throughout and a round finish.

Aroma

Armoas of strawberry, violet, clay and lemon

Ageing process

Aged for 10 weeks in traditional clay amphora before being stored in stainless steel.
